Missing dates

Hi,
I import standing orders on WinSCP via Natwest / Bankine. When I went to import a week it was missing – how do I retrieve the missing date as I can't progress until I have that weeks data.
Doesn't seem to be saved on our internal servers or Natwest. Has anyone experienced this before?
