Sync Issues

Hi,

Connected via SFTP and the changes I save and "execute" do not always show in real-time. I've looked into this and I can't figure it out so please don't link to an article. Need every last "edit" or change I save to actually reflect on the server.

Is there someone I can pay to help me sort this out?
