Not able to access WinSCP

Hi,
I have all the relevant accesses but I'm unable to my team's queue in WinSCP. Attaching the error below, please have a look and resolve at the earliest.

Can you please describe what exactly did you do to get this error?
Weren't you trying to open a remote path with backslashes instead of expected forward slashes?
