File watching?

I like the keepuptodate function, but am wondering whether there is a similar function that watches single files, rather than whole folders? I want to set up watches on a few files scattered around my filesystem, and when they change I want them to be uploaded to my remote ftp site (to different remote folders).

You can list the files you want to watch in include mask (WinSCP will exclude all others).
