Unique Log File Names

We are scripting with WinSCP.exe. Since we plan on using different scripts for different processes, we would like unique log files to be generated by process. When logging is turned in the WinSCP GUI, you have one log file name option. The log file is stored in the registry under the Configuration, not the Sessions.

How can I create different log files for our different scripts?

You can use /log command line switch.
