Release date for Final Release

when is the final release for WinSCP 4.23 planned?

I wait unpatiently that the Custom Commands work again. But the great new feature with the Favorites-shortcuts is better than the misworking custom commands.

4.2.4 beta may be released within few weeks.

Is this with fix of the "Invalid access to memory" errors?
