Can't connect to b10ftps.tgms.gxs.com:6366

Winscp 5.9.1, Windows 2008 server, can't connect to b10ftps.tgms.gxs.com port 6366 data channel port range 40000 - 49999 using FTP TLS/SSL tried Implicit and Explicit encryption. Any help with settings to connect to this type of site.

Can you connect with any other FTP client?

Please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate the session log file, enable logging, log in to your server and do the operation and only the operation that causes the error. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

Talking to Opentext GXS support and getting their SSL certificate to use with this FTPS TLS/SSL. Turning on logging, without SSL certificate just gets connection failed, time out.

Couldn't get good cerificate for the site to use in Winscp they sent .pem but it says not valid certificate when picked in Winscp FTP TLS/SSL. Here is log file:
