"Keep remote directory up-to-date" without modal window?

It would be nice if we could switch between session tabs (or even browse file tree on either side of a session) within the same WinSCP instance while running a keep-up-to-date in any number of them.

Would it would be possible to get the "keep up to date" functionality without the modal window? Maybe the log and stop/minimize/help buttons could be in the queue area?

That's a way too difficult to implement. Please start two instances of WinSCP.
