Keep folder update vs sync
hi, Im currently trying to figure out the following situation (new on WinSCP and no scripting person):
I want track all changes (add, delete, change) to a folder in a file server and that can reflect automatically on the root folder of my sftp account.
Currently Im using "Keep remote directory up to date" option. For this I need to log on the server, open the SFTP program and select the option.
How can I do this automatically? I dont want to depend on loggin in to the server, I want that if a user makes any change to the local folder, the remote folder updates automatically even though I dont have the sftp opened on the server or any PC.
