Upload speed on server computer
Hello,
I have a small network at home. Fritzbox 7490 router, Windows home server (WHS) 2011, W10 client computer and W7 client computer. I use on all computers WinSCP 5.13.
When I connect the W10 client to a server outside my network, I get an upload of 3,7 MB/s. Same with my W7 client.
But with my WHS 2011 server I have only an upload of 0,9 MB/s. When I start a second WinSCP program in parallel, I have 0,9 MB/s upload on each tasks and 1,8 MB/s transfer on my router. So I think my network is not the restriction.
At my company I have a W2012R2 Server and several W7 clients. In that network I noticed the same behavior.
Is it possible, that WinSCP works different on a server maschine?
Thanks for your Help.
Wolfgang
