Script help - upload then archive

Im looking for a winscp script who upload all the files named *.rl1 and *.dek to an ftp account in a directory called "sylt".
And then i want all the files who i just uploaded to be archived in a directory with the todays date.

And also a log of which files it uploaded..

Is that hard to do? I dont even know where to start...

Do you want to archive local files or remote files?

I want the files archived locally so if anything happens where i would want to reupload or whatever i want the files to be archived
