How to run winscp.com from system32

Hi ,

I need help to run winscp.com from system32.
I download winscp from internet and installed location is C:\Program Files (x86)\WinSCP.

But i copied winscp.com and winscp.exe from C:\Program Files (x86)\WinSCP this location paste into C:\Windows\System32
And now i want to run winscp.com from command line it throws error
Example: C:\Windows\System32>WinSCP.com
Cannot start WinSCP application "C:\Windows\System32\WinSCP.exe".
The system cannot find the file specified.

Would should never copy anything to Windows system folder. Why are you doing that?
