How to combine files to be downloaded file size and time (>1K >10N)

Hi Admin
Need your help since I am very new in the scripting
How do I combine >1K >10N this
eg
mget TEST_*.xml>1K >10N -> this is not working

There should be no space. Also it's really get, not mget:
get TEST_*.xml>1K>10N
