"Timeout waiting for WinSCP to respond"

WinSCP version used 5.13.3
I have a PowerShell script that does sftp files to a remote server.
Intermittently I get "Timeout waiting for WinSCP to respond" .
Tried setting SessionOptions Timeout property , which did not help either ...any leads?

Even we have same issue with one of our powershell script and it intermittently gives the same error message.We are using version 5.7 and couldn't find anything related to the error on our server. Were you able to resolve this ? Can you please advise how did you resolve this ?

Please post both debug and session log file.
