Came back to PC and this message was waiting after waking. Was accessing servers over VPN, which have probably dropped.

WinSCP was running on a PC for several days (not sure at what point in time into that, that it crashed - hours or days?). WinSCP was connected to a remote device (raspberry pi) which got powered down at some point during that time.

This appeared when
1) my VPN had disconnected after I walked away for almost 24 hours and I had been connected to a server over the VPN
2) there was a "windows has a new update" message so who knows what Microsoft did.

Pretty sure this error occurred after my VPN timed out. VPN sessions are good for 12 hours, and I often leave WinSCP up and running when I walk away after being done. When the VPN expires, WinSCP will not have access to where it WAS logged into, so I'm guessing that's what threw the error.
