Issue 2374 – Directory tree indentation is scaled incorrectly when starting on scaled display on system with scaled primary monitor

The behaviour changed as a side effect of Issue 2366.
It seems that it was working rather well since upgrade to BCB11.
In past it was fixed somewhat by Issue 2288, but actually it wasn't working well until BCB11 (e.g. when dragging from scaled secondary display to non-scaled primary one).
