program window would close when trying to open a certain session. finall decided to open a different session and try this one again in a different tab.

I setup FTP using SSL in Windows 10 using IIS 10. I can connect using Firefox Brower but not success with WINSCP. With WINSCP, it is connected with TLS but false to get directory list.

The problem happens rarely. I cannot reproduce it.

I did open a new stored session to a unix server and the a message with below stack trace arose. Directly afterwards it happened again but a minute later I could open it without a problem.
I am working from at home and every morning I must log in to get back to the existing sessions. This might be a reason, but this error happend first time.

I solve the problem with correct changes of passive ftp port range. It was differ between IIS settings and firewal. After setting equal values, issue was gone.
