Transfert by time

Is it possible to transfert some file by time of creation?
wich command is more appropriate?

I have two servers that communicates between them.On a server 1, the data are regularly added.
I want to transfer only the files which have a creation date greater than 5 minutes.
I am a consignment by creation date for not sending of files being written in the server 1.
