Replicate password storage algorithm

Hi,

Effectively what I'd like to do is programatically loop through a load of data and create .reg files so that they can be easily imported into WinSCP by multiple users.

I was wondering what encryption is used and how I might be able to replicate it to generate these files?

I've had a look through the source but I don't know c++ so I've no idea really what I'm looking for. If someone could point me in the right direction that'd be much appreciated.
