trim/ append CR when uploading/downloading a text file

though not every file in text format needs such operation. maybe this operation can be first filtered by file extensions before upload/download.

WinSCP has this feature. See copy confirmation dialog. Please note, that this dialog might not be displayed when using drag&drop. It depends on your preferences (see Preferences dialog). From next version (2.2), it will be possible to setup transfer mode even from Preferences dialog.
