Possible breach of emails?

I've started getting spam emails at an address that I've only ever used to register at the winscp.net forums, and to exchange emails with Martin. Is it possible that the forum was breached and the database downloaded?

Sorry for that. Though, we are not aware of any breach. And we definitely not provide our email database to anyone.
