SSL options from .Net Library

Is it possible to set Minimum & Maximum TLS/SSL Version from .Net Library? I see these options in the GUI client, but not documented anywhere I can find for .Net lib.

For example to allow TLS 1.2 only, use SessionOptions.AddRawSettings("MinTlsVersion", "12").
