Firewall complaints about WinSCP2 changes.

Hi! My firewall (Agnitum Outpost) an every restart complaints that the binary of WinSCP2 has changed. Is this normal?

No it should not. WinSCP binary does not change. Can you verify it by your self, that it changes? (make copy before restart or something like that).
