winscp.com open scp Password with space

Greeting,

I have a remote server with user password contain spaces .

winscp.com /command "open scp://tvnuts00:pppxppppxpppppx@server_ip/"

each "x" in the password field is a space.

Need some advice how to do that . I tried with "" but it doesn't work
