Copy a local file into a sFTP server and then move the file copied to another local directory

I would need some helps, I am trying to copy a file automatically (I mean every time there is a file into a local folder) into a remote sFTP server and I have no idea how to make an script, I am not a professional of that kind of things and I have spent the whole morning trying to do it without successful
May I ask the help of someone to prepare it? PLEASE S.O.S. I am collapsed and it is very important for us

PS. I was using one created for a colleague of mine but for some reason it does not work anymore, for more info I am using win server 2012 with WinSCP installed
