I have 300 domains on different servers. Is there a way there I can have shortcuts on all my sites and then I click on them I come to right site and map?

I have today 300 domain on like 30 diffirent servers. What i want to do is create a list on all homepages in windows and when i click on one domain it will login to right server and right map =)
