FTP Sycn

Greetings,
My name is John and I'm new to FTP I started with WinSCP; an issue that I seem to be having is with keeping the remote client sync'd. What I am doing on my machine is generating csv files at random parts of the day, then these files are being exported. I'm wanting for this to remain active even when I am not. That way I don't have to push them or drag them to the remote, is there anyway of doing that.
