put -latest file doesn't work

I use this scripting file to copy latest file
"C:\Program Files\WinSCP\WinSCP.exe" /command "open user:password@192.168.0.7" "put C:\***\**\**\new\nb.docx /home/salmangh/" "exit"

but it doesn't work.

I do not see any -latest in your script.
