Wildcard directory

I have the following directory structure:

c:\projects\project 1\pictures
c:\projects\project 2\pictures
...

can i use the syncronize command like this "syncronize -remote c:\projects\*\picutres /backup/projects/*/picuters ?

What i want to accomplish is that when a new project with picuters is created it automaticly is back-uped to the FTP.

You would have to explicitly exclude all subfolders of c:\projects\*\ except for pictures.
