Set Default umask for scp-transfer

Hi,

Using a patched opensshd on a SuSE 8.0 box we'd like to change the default permissions of scp'ed files for convenience reasons. Individual umask settings for the chroot'ed users don't affect the behaviour of the scp-transfers. Do you have any idea of a server-based solution to set permissions to 664 instead of 644?
