Local unzip via WinSCP

Hi guys.
I have a zip archive 123.zip on my server in public_html
I want to add macros (command ) in winscp to unzip this file every time very fast.
Can u help me with right command? I tried
unzip cp /public_html/123.zip "!"
I'm doing something wrong...

Just unzip "!" will do.

We need more details. Can you attach a screenshot of the "Custom Command" dialog and of the error message?
