Change filetype of several files via script / .bat file

Hello, I would like to change the datatype of files automaticaly instead of changing each file or folder manually.

I have many folders with pictures and unfortunately have to change the datatype from ".JPG" to ".jpg".

In Windows Explorer it is possible to use a simple .bat file for that (rename..). How can I excute the .bat file in WINSCP in the specific folder? Or even better .. running a script for all folders to change the datatype in one go?

In scripting, use mv command:
mv *.JPG *.jpg
