Error Synchronize

Hi guys,

Yesterday i write a topic on Support and Bug Reports. I still have not found the answer for myself. So, today I post the topic again looking forward to fixing. Somebody help me please!

I'm write Script: Synchronize data from FTP server. When task scheduler run sometimes it don't work cmd show up and exit. So i'm check again and discovered errors. Can you explain it for me. Why is it not running stable? And show me how to fix it !
