cannot open session in putty

hi Guys
im using this tool WinSCP for years and specifically when opening a session automatically in putty, i had configured the WinSCP temporary session , but after 1 upgrade and loading the registry again it stopped working, it is issue with putty? or WinSCP (or both?
im not sure what to choose 9bis or Simon, and it is frustrating, any chage for help?
