Syncro with -delete

Hello.
I've start using WinScp in Auto mode..
I use syncronize commande (fine) but i get some problem to -delete option.
part of my commande is :
"synchronize remote -delete -criteria=time D:\LocPath /RemotePath/" ^

I expected that after remote syncro, it remove my file locally.. this do not happen.
Someone can help me?

No it does not. Please read documentation to understand what -delete does.
