Script to SCP to ShareFile (Citrix) Network error: Software caused connection abort

Hi,
I try to script upload to file and it works OK with GUI with all option like on pic below, but I need command line and can't figure out all options. Once I enter port 990 it force to use FTP. Tried all combos in my config file, still getting an
Software caused connection abort
I'm using bat + config combo
Bat file:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\WinSCP\winscp.com" /script=Script_Config.txt
And config file:
option batch abort
option confirm off
open scp://user111:pswd222@magda.sharefileftp.com:990  -hostkey="SSL/TLS aa:38:6b:42:7d:f9:54:fb:50:73:03:c1:84:3f:73:03:c1:fd:48:14"

To connect using FTP implicit mode, use ftps://, not scp://. No need to specify the port explicitly.
Though in general, the implicit mode should not be used. Use the explicit mode (ftpes://).
