AES 256 CTR encr/decr in Java

Hi,

does anyone have Java example of WinSCP AES 256 CTR encryption / decryption tool (similar to C# or PowerShell script)
The goal is to encrypt / decrypt and send files (same way as WinSCP does) on Linux (RHEL 5).
