Sync Local dir to Remote sFTP dir and archive

Need to sync a local folder with a remote sFTP dir.

Once the sync has taken place i need the sync'd files to be archived/moved to another directory locally.

I have seen this post https://winscp.net/eng/docs/library_example_delete_after_successful_download

but in my situation it has to be local to remote sync and a MOVE not DELETE.
