was trying to upload a very large amount of data to a fedora 31 virtual server on a wireless lan connection. the hypervisor of which only offered it 2GiB of RAM. *shrug*
But here it is if you wanna try and do something about it...

The problem happens rarely. I cannot reproduce it.
