I have a batch file that I put together in winscp but it does not upload the file.

I am new to winscp and the forum. I have an upload file that logs in but does not actually follow the command to upload the file. I have attached the batch file for review. Any help would greatly be appreciated!

You have spaces after the ^ on the lcd line.
