Using Winscp with PuTTY session file

Hello, I'm using autoit to automate some tasks, but eventually I'll need WinSCP to copy some files, because our folders used to change...

How can I call a winSCP session using PuTTY session file? It's stored on my executable folder inside .putty/sessions instead of registry?

But you can import the PuTTY sites into WinSCP:
