Automation for simple task

Hello,
I'm hoping someone can give an answer to this. I have WinSCP installed on a server, and have it successfully configured to go to a sftp site to see a daily file. This file needs to go in a folder on the local server that WinSCP is installed on. I have been manually downloading this file into the proper directory, but need to get it to where it will do this automatically. Is there a simple way to do this? Perhaps something in the console?
