Permission denied (A)bort, (R)etry, (S)kip, Ski(p) all: Abort

I have the following error
Distribution/AXFILES/RX
Error moving file 'SOD_OPD05102634_20210322_670510.XML' to 'SOD_OPD05102634_20210322_670510.xmltmp'.
Permission denied.
Error code: 3
Error message from server (en): Permission denied
(A)bort, (R)etry, (S)kip, Ski(p) all: Abort

I need SKIP so the process can be continue

Below is the my command
"E:\APOMS_BAT\MY\CA\autosys\ftp\WinSCP.com" ^
  /command ^
    "open sftp://avon_dc_new:gjr3wpwk@*****/ -hostkey=""ssh-dss 1024 /A=""" ^
    "cd /Distribution/AXFILES/RX/" ^
    "option batch continue" ^
    "option confirm on" ^
    "mv SOD*.xmltmp<1H *.xmltmptmp" ^
    "mv SOD_*.xmltmptmp /Distribution/AXFILES/RXFiles/" ^
    "exit"
What should I consider to change on the above script? Please HELP

How to solve this. Please help ASAP

Please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate the session log file, use /log=C:\path\to\winscp.log command-line argument. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.
