Error reading DialogImages.PngImages: Out of system resources

I upgraded the program and have been using it to upload files to a ftp server. I was going to pay for the product once I saw that it would work effectively. The program started to slow down on open, until I got the "out of resource" error message. I have more than enough RAM and Disk space for this program to operate.
