Authorization winscp.com fails

Good afternoon.
At manual connection to FTP (GUI WinSCP) – everything works.
When opening winscp.com and copy/paste a line like:
I get an authorization error.
Recently the password for FTP has changed, everything worked before, now it doesn't. The new password contains the characters: + !
Could this be the reason for the authorization error in winscp.com?
