How to display .htaccess in the distant window ?

Hi,
I am new to WinSCP. It works fine, and I can display my distant sites, and transfer files as well. But I am not able to display the .htaccess file in the distant window. How to do this?

Ok I found the answer, enable the hidden files in the panel.
Why isn't it a validated option from install? For a nice piece of software enabling command line console, and geek tools?
