Update "Automatic check period" to Never | Turn off "check for beta versions" | enable "No proxy"

Hi Team,

I am trying to update "Automatic check period" to Never and to turn off "Check for beta versions" and enable "No proxy" while creating a package which would be deployed to users.

I tried deleting the enable updates from Registry but that didn't work.

Could you help me with the command/file to disable the above?

Attached the image on how the preferences tab should look.
