Drag-and-drop prohibition setting in the folder tree

A folder may be moved by dragging and dropping while expanding a folder in the lower layer.
I want to prohibit it by setting.
However, I would like you to leave some room to allow for drag-and-drop from the file list to the folder tree.

What do you mean by "lower layer"?

lower layer means lower layer directory.
For example, for a directory like image.

I want to prevent dragging and dropping "1" to "2" without accidentally clicking ">" when navigating to "c".
