File Transfer Error

How can we resolve this issue?

Firewall most likely blocks the FTP data transfer.
Talk to your network administrator.
Or are you able to transfer the file using any other FTP client?

Firewall team cleared the pathway
Only FTP port 21 works. Other types do not work
