Permission denied - Error code 3

Well, I have created a new user which when logging in through WinSCP to my server does it perfectly, the problem is in the part of making modifications to files within var/www/html, taking into account that directory has the privileges for others users have the privileges of 777 or rxw.

Upload of file .. was successful, but error occurred while setting the permissions and/or timestamp. If the problem persists, turn off setting permissions or preserving timestamp. Alternatively you can turn on ‘Ignore permission errors’ option.
